Description: Our first American IPA! We choose to go a different route with is one. The hopping regiment is unique on this, as we add no hops untill the end of the boil. A theoretical 5 IBUs, what this beer lacks in bitterness it makes up for in flavor and aroma. A simple malt bill of Vienna, Wheat and 2-row with a touch of oats allows the hops to come through. Hopped heavily with Centennial, Columbus and Citra.
