Description: Harvest Altar is our autumnal Brown Ale. Brewed to mark the Mabon (Autumn Equinox), we see the last sheaf of the harvest pulled from the Earth, the decline of Nature & the coming of Winter. With that chill in the air we move towards richer, darker beers. We layered a few different English malts which lend their character beautifully to the beer. Giving us a rich, malty beer with a modern twist, American hops. Bravo was used for bittering & a healthy charge of Cascade in the whirlpool & dry hop.
