Description: Meadowfoam, Virginia Wildflower Honey and Petit Verdot Grapes fermented with Philly Sour yeast and finished on Petit Verdot grape skins. Philly Sour Yeast produces Lactic Acid during fermentation which added a unique sour/drying characteristic to this pyment. We finished this mead in a semi-sweet state so as to accentuate these characteristics. Continuing to push boundaries!!!
