Description: Collaborative beer from Freedom’s Edge and the Brand 307 band. According to Tim Moore, Freedom’s Edge owner, the beer will technically be a lager. “We used some pretty unconventional processes during the fermentation of this beer to try and get both a lagers crispness and some ale characteristics as well,” said Moore. “We are calling this Brand 307, after the band.”
