Description: Barrel-fied 2015 is a Barrel Aged Stout Monster! This huge stout has a very complex malt profile with notes of espresso, chocolate and roasted malts. It was aged for a year in French Oak barrels that were first used to make a 10-year Tawny Port and then the same barrels finished a Bourbon. These barrels contributed oak, bourbon and tawny port notes to this wonderful beer. Who cares if we released this one in the Spring? We couldn't wait any longer! Cheers!
