Description: After meeting Anthony from Burgeon Beer Company at a festival a while back, sharing some beers, and having a grand old time, we learned he’d be swinging through the east coast this summer. The more we got to know each other, the more we felt the need to brew a beer together. Dry-hopped with Triumph and Enigma, the result of this brew is a beast of a DIPA with tropical fruit hop character throughout. Notes of mango and pineapple give way to a strong presence of fuzzy peach on the finish. While brewing with Anthony we experimented with some different dry-hopping techniques Burgeon implements back home and the results are impressive. Always a pleasure to try new things.
