Description: This is a variation on K Street Kolsch which is made with 100% German pilsner malt from Best Malting out of Germany. A kolsch is a light easy drinking ale with a lot of the same characteristics as a pilsner! This version has some citra hopsadded at the end of the boil to give it a nice citrus kick! Great for summer for sure! Prost!!
