Description: Ale Fermented in Oak Waxwing is a blend of saison refermented on cherries. The 2020 harvest blend was created from a selection of wheat and spelt saison which were fermented and aged in oak. This blend was refermented on organic Balaton cherries grown on the Old Weddle Farm in Tonasket, Washington. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw Washington Star Thistle and Knapweed honey. Bottled 08/18/2020
