Description: Imperial Stout Aged in Woodford Reserve Barrels w/ Cacao Nibs, Toasted Coconut, 3 origins of Vanilla Beans, Coffee, Maple Syrup, and Ceylon Cinnamon. 16% We’ve learned a lot about Stouts in the last 4 years. Here is the execution of the accumulation of knowledge blended into one beer. The base of this beer is Year 3 aged in bourbon barrels for 12mo before making its way into the tanks. We decided to add a little bit of everything into this year’s blend, but not to have one component dominate the others. All of the characters compliment each other for a rollercoaster of flavor. Rich body, decadent dessert like aromas, and a lingering sweetness from the addition of coconut and vanilla.
