Description: Fifth Hammer Brewing Company’s first IPA is a 6.7% India Pale Ale brewed with Pilsner Malt, Oats & Wheat. It is hopped with 22lbs of fresh wet whole leaf NY State Nugget hops through a hop back, and bittered with Centennial pellets, and whirlpool and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe Cryo-Hops. It is an abundantly aromatic transcontinental IPA with a moderate bitterness that ensures a crisp bright finish. Mildly tart and obnoxiously quaffable.
