Description: This IPA is loaded with some of our favorite hops and hop blends. We used Zeus, Falconer’s Flight, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops in the boil and a heap of Mosaic hops in dry hop. This combination creates aromas of peaches, apricots, grapefruit, and a hint of pine. A west coast style IPA that is also easy drinking.
