Description: This sweet concoction dates back to 12th century Ireland, and combines the most delicious characteristics of mead (honey wine) with the humankind’s greatest achievement - beer. We used 360 lbs of clover honey, along with barley and a touch of oak-smoked wheat malt. Aged for six months in J. Carver bourbon barrels.
