Description: The newest member of our family of Belgian beers. This BSD is a respectful homage to the resourcefulness of Belgian brewers throughout the ages, we set a challenge for our brew staff at the end of the year: use the whole buffalo. Partial sacks of grain, miscellaneous packages of hops, you name it. What started as a thought experiment transformed into a palate pleaser. Clocking in just below 11% ABV, this dark malty beer brings a balanced bitterness, Belgian spice character, notes of fig & dried fruit, a soupçon of dry roastiness, and a hint of red licorice. Raise a glass and enjoy the results of using the Whole Buffalo!
