Description: A moderately bitter ale with orange grove fruity and floral esters from its 3-hop additions of Columbus, Equinox, & Ahtanum paired with Franco-Belgian yeast. We had this beer in the works for at least 6 months because we named it after dinosaurs & Sarah (our Taproom Captain) but we hadn't figured out the beer recipe yet. Sarah came in to help mash in too!
