Description: For the second iteration of this series, we have opted for a clean fermenting Kolsh yeast strain, to let the hops be the leading player, and also to have a crisp, clean finish. Copious amounts of Nelson Sauvin, Kohatu and Simcoe were used in the whirlpool, and three separate hop additions. A light malt base was used to support the hop loading.
