Description: Rye-Induced Fowl Play, made with HenHouse Brewing. We’re gonna call this a dunkeldoppelryezenbock, because the guy who defines beer styles in America stole a cab from us once. In non-SAT words, that’d be a dark wheat bock with rye, aged in rye whiskey barrels. Like last year, we headed up to Petaluma in October to brew the barrel-aged batch, and the HenHouse guys will be here tomorrow to brew the fresh batch we’ll blend that into.
