Dark and medium crystal malts provide a deep amber color and sweet caramel/toffee notes to balance the tartness of the citrus. We took the juiciness to a whole nutha level with Centennial and HBC431 dry hops at an explosive 2 pounds per barrel. This is our kind of OJ!
