Description: Lost between a Smoked Porter, Cascadian Dark Ale and American Brown Ale lies Purview, a chestnut-hued smoky hop bomb. Purview is brewed with Buckwheat Honey and a variety of malts, including wild cherry wood-smoked malt from Valley Malting in Massachusetts. We also add a blend of some of our favorite American hop varieties and then dry-hop with a pound of Simcoe per barrel.
