Description: Brewed For Naught is a delicately crafted saison brewed with Maris Otter, Pearl, and Pilsner malts, plus a generous amount Citra hops along with a dash of Thyme, and then fermented with a blend of Saison yeast strains. A pungent grassy aroma of mango and white grape followed by flavors of lightly toasted bread and clover honey, and finishing dry with lingering citrus and resinous hop notes. The lower ABV, light body, and citrus filled effervescence make this a great spring time brew to enjoy out on the deck with any of our salads, the crab cakes, or fish tacos. Brewed For Naught will be tapped on Friday, May 3, 2103 and will be available until it is gone!
