Originally planned as a once-a-decade-ale; they just couldn’t wait another five years. Malt: Pale, Special B, Crystal, Roasted Barley, Flaked Barley Hops: Millennium, Nugget, Cascade, Willamette, US Tettnang, East Kent Goldings Barrel-Aging: (50%) 12 Months in Pinot Noir and new Oregon Oak
