Description: Jólabókaflód is an Icelandic tradition. On Christmas Eve, Icelanders exchange books with their friends and family and spend the night reading. Inspired by this tradition, I designed a beer that I'd want to drink while sitting by the fire and read a good book. Notes of smoke, dried fruit and figs, candied orange and dry dropped with fresh Spruce tips.
