Description: A "high gravity" version of the Born Bohemian, this pale lager has the same saaz hops as our regular pils; however it is dry-hopped heavily in the keg with 2 New Zealand hop varieties. The Green Bullet hops are the majority of the dry hop, lending the noble hop spicy and floral characteristics as Saaz hops; in addition, a small portion of Waimea hops are added to round out the hop flavor with a touch of peach and tangerine.
