Description: A highbred beer, loosely inspired by the Belgian Pale Ale style, with nods towards Hefeweisen and strongly Kiwi hops and Rye influenced. Entirely oak barrel fermented, and with a huge percentage of rye and a hefty dose of Nelson Sauvin hops, it's a spicy delight with a mellow acidity provided from our wild fermentation.
