Description: Exquisite Corpse was an idea proposed by Greg Jasgur, Beer Director for Pizza Paradiso. The idea is that one person selects the ingredients for each component of the recipe. For this recipe we are working with malt, hops and yeast. The collaborators are Greg Jasgur, Sam Fitz of Meridian Pint, Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanal Ales and Jeff Hancock of DC Brau. Greg chose the malt, Sam chose the hops, Brian chose the yeast and Jeff put it all together and brewed it at DC Brau. What we are left with is a truly unique brew that will be debuted on Sunday August 11th 2013 at both Pizza Pariadiso and Meridian pint.
