Description: Preamble is a rustic saison brewed with Triticale, wheat, and oats, and fermented with a mix of Dageraads house ale strain and our mixed culture. The beer was then judiciously dry hopped prior to packaging and conditioned naturally in the bottle. The result is a crisp lively saison with a firm herbal backbone and some soft Brettanomyces notes.
