Description: Aged for one year in Oregon pinot noir barrels, our dark Belgian-style ale develops complex flavors reminiscent of dried fruit, vanilla, brown sugar, and sherry. The French oak provides a tannic counterbalance to the syrupy dark candi sugar. By aging it in wine barrels with Brettanomyces, we've also added a layer of tart complexity that begs for another sip.
