Description: This insane Pastry Stout, brewed in collaboration with our friends @parlordoughnut in Oceanside, is absolutely stuffed full of flavor and complexity. We hit the mash and whirlpool with dozens of assorted doughnuts followed by a proper conditioning on Proper Coffee Roaster's Serra Negra Brazilian Coffee and a whole bunch of rich and chocolatey Ghana Cacao Nibs. Up front you get silky smooth milk chocolate with pleasant chocolatey, nutty, and berry coffee flavors and a thick and creamy mouthfeel. Not a lick of the 14.3% abv shows up; instead all of the deliciousness takes over and leaves you wondering how the eff this beer is possible.
