For this Gose style beer we have selected a blend of fresh and aged sour beers from our cellar - including Nordic Sour that has been aging in Tequila barrels for 10 months. The result is a perfectly balanced Gose with just the right amount of acid and salt with a soft and smooth body from wheat and oats.
