Description: Three different barrels were blended to create what we think is our best barrel aged beer yet. To create this version, we used our base stout that was aged in 2 Buffalo Trace barrels (32 and 24 months) and from a Sagamore Rye barrel aged 18 months. Enhanced with over 3 pounds of Madagascar vanilla beans and generous amounts of Ecuadorian cacao nibs, the result is a pour of decadent, viscous chocolate cake topped with the slightest hint of cherry and nuts. At 12.9% abv, this beer has just the right amount of everything; we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we do! Cheers!
