Description: The idea for this Cherry Cola Sour evolved from our original plan to create a more straightforward Cherry Sour, as our brew team were keen to build on recent experiments with the use of zest and spice additions. It's soured using mixed-fermentation beer from our barrel programme and includes additions of cherry juice, orange peel and a blend of spices, designed to replicate the flavours of a rustic cherry cola.
