Description: Our fifth NW DIPA features the 4830th generation of our local JW Lees yeast. In place of a whirlpool addition we added Centennial and Chinook into the FV prior to filling it with wort, and dry hopped with Galaxy, Amarillo, Citra, and Centennial.
