Description: In the beginning there were no bicycles and no beer and people were sad. But one day in a stroke of brilliance both were created out of nothingness and life was good! Much like this totally made up story, our little brewery came into existence one year ago with a little copper brewhouse and a passion for making great beer. Pedal Genesis is a tribute to the beginning but also a look into the future. Much like the two-wheeled freedom machine we call a bicycle, it's about pushing out into the unknown and enjoying the journey. Aged on Oak for 6 months to allow the subtle complexities of beer and bourbon to harmonize while creating new and unique flavors of vanilla and dark stone fruits. Here's to powering your passion!
