Description: Traditional Czech Pilsners are a medium-bodied lager with noticeable hop character while the traditional American Pilsners are typically very light-bodied with no real noticeable hops. We have styled the Capitol Light to incorporate the best features from both sides of the Atlantic. Our light pilsner is brewed with just a touch of corn resulting in an incredibly light-bodied beer, while the use of European pilsner malt and traditional Noble hops give this brew just the right amount of malt flavor and great hop balance.
