Description: We teamed up with WeldWerks to create a mashup of Medianoche and Here Be Monsters. The base beer for Here Be Monsters was lovingly layered with the same adjuncts as Medianoche Brewers Select - including 10lbs of fresh roasted Ghanan cacao nibs from Nuance Chocolate in Fort Collins and 1.5lbs of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla beans. Head Brewers from both breweries hand-selected the barrel, which rested alongside our Vanilla Rye Monsters for 22 months.
