With an aim to explore heritage through the lens of a single beer’s evolution, our original Casa Agria collab, Common Ancestry, was the sire for further generations in Noble Lineage and Hereditary Title, reifying the dominant traits anew in each iteration. Last Scion is the final progeny in this prolific project. Aged 20 months in Bourbon Barrels on a blend of microflora before spending an additional 4 months resting on spent Viognier Grapes, Apricot, Nectarine and Radish Honey.
