Description: We all make mistakes, we are only human. In this case a newbie brewer on the brew house forgot to drain and rinse the mash tun between batches. I immediately knew something was wrong, and not sure of the final outcome decided to brew a completely different beer. One mistake and quick thinking gave way to Casey's Folly. Generously hopped with Chinook and Cascade hops lend a strong grapefruit-orange citrus character, with low bitterness for maximum drinkablity. Enjoy the fruits of our mistake.
