Description: This Baltic Porter shows lots of chocolatey, roasted coffee notes with a pleasing finish. Hops are present only to balance the malty sweetness, allowing the complex flavors and aromas of some fine malts to be showcased. Slow fermented with a Bohemian lager yeast, this porter bridges the gap between a traditional English Porter and a Russian Imperial Stout. Warming alcohol and a nice finishing sweetness make this a classic winter warmer.
