Description: Just a Small Piece makes another holiday appearance. This time around we brewed up a Chocolate Chess Pie. We brewed with cocoa nibs and lactose to lay a smooth milky chocolate base. After fermentation we conditioned this decadent dessert on heaping amounts of cocoa nibs and a hint of vanilla.
