Description: We were in contact with Doug Odell, who suggested it would be fun to come to Camden and brew a beer with us. As we are a lager brewery we decided to make a lager interpretation of one of his beers – Cutthroat Porter. We used similar malts and hops to Cutthroat to make sure it was along the lines of the same theme, but then supercharged it and fermented it as a lager. The result was Camden Versus Odell Baltic Porter! Hops: Northdown, Hallertau Tradition and Hallertau Hersbrucker Malts: Pilsner, Munich, Caramalt, Amber Malt, Chocolate Malt and Roast Malt
