Description: As the name indicates, this beer is brewed with rye. Barley and a bit of wheat malt were added too, in different degrees of roastedness. It resulted in a beautifully layered taste and a deep dark colour. To add even more complexity chips of oaken whisky barrels were added to have the beer suck up their aromas during the lagering stage. The Rye Bock is a beautifully rich beer with a candy kinda quality and a toffee like taste.
