Description: The Emelisse Eisbock was originally our Emelisse Barley Wine. Freezing the original beer at -20℃ gave us the possibility to drain the alcohol, colour and flavor while the liquid part turned into a solid state. This method is called reverse distilling and resulted in a thick, full and syrupy beer with a lot of flavor and alcohol.
