Spiced with Amarillo, Citra & Summit Hops. ‘Terrible Child’ is a French expression with many meanings, one of which refers to one who "thumbs their nose" at the establishment, or challenges it. There is nothing traditional about this beer. We brewed a big IPA, loaded it with Citra and Amarillo hops, and fermented it with two two yeasts simultaneously - one American, one Belgian.
