Description: On a bitter cold November morning in 2016 we welcomed our friends from Steamworks to assist us in manning the kettles for our first ever collaberation brew on our newly installed 20HL Braukon system. The Steamworks' team smuggled genuine Canadian Maple Wood across the atlantic especially for this beer which we then used for for smoking our malt. The result: A Maple Smoked Weizenbock. This is a German staple with a Canadian flourish.
