Description: We decided to fused an American wheat ale with a New Yeast touch on it, to create a creamy yet juiced up hoppy New England Wheat ale. We use Hallertau Blanc and Mosiac hops along side our strain of N.E. yeast to create a luscious aroma of Gooseberry, Ripe Apricot and an array of Stone fruit goodness. There isn't really quite a style to fit this beer!
