Description: DRADIS, our tribute to the greatest of all sci-fi shows; Battlestar Galactica, barrel aged across two different barrels for 15 months. This iteration was barrel aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon whiskey barrels to add a honeyed richness to the base imperial stout that lifts the dried fruit characters, adding silky hints of vanilla and a welcome caramelised sugar bitterness. A big, luscious and complex Russian Imperial Stout made from a balance of ten different malts… Frak Yeah!
