We let her bathe in fresh tequila barrels for 11 weeks so that she could redefine herself as something entirely new. You'll be amazed at the outcome. Pour this beer into a glass that will showcase its aroma, and you can't miss scents of mezcal, oak, and tropical fruit. The barrels naturally mask some of the beer's original hoppiness, but just a bit. This actually brings out the subtle sweetness of the malts. A peppery flavor and crisp mouthfeel still remain, however, followed by mellow tequila flavor.
