Description: Mount Olympus Special Ale is one of those beers designed over a few pints, then adjusted over a few batches that just doesn’t fit into any beer style categories. The best we can do is describe it as a dark IPA. The ale contains a lot of two row malted barley with a little chocolate malt and roasted barley for flavor and color. It is well hopped with Centennial for bittering and copious amounts of Cascade hops for flavor and aroma, including dry-hopping.
