Description: Lacto soured in the kettle (like a berlinerweisse) this was the second beer we tried this technique with. Then we added Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. Zing! We ended up with a real pleasant tart little base beer backed up with some big gooseberry notes from the hops. The beer version of a Sauvignon Blanc if you will.
