Description: Brewed in collaboration with our French importer DBI, this beer was made exclusively for the Paris Beer Week 2017. It is a well-rounded Weizenbock with ingredients from Jura absinthe: green anise, hyssop and white pepper. The beer comes in an amber colour light notes of wheat and a lovely perfume of anise. Slightly sour on the palate and with a distinct peppery finish, this beer is truly unique.
