Description: Overall winner of the 2017 Black Box Challenge, our home-brew competition. Grafted is a thoroughly unique beer. This sour ale is heavily infused with sweet orange peel. The complicity of the base malt is enhanced by the souring process, leaving a refreshingly tart, dry beer. Complimentary has add citrus notes that let the orange peel shine. Brewed in collaboration with Black Box Challenge winner Brian Harvey.
